We use Australia Post exclusively for all parcels up to one cubic metre in mass and up 20 kilos in weight. Others are sent by selected carriers. We are linked to the Australia Post calculator and use this to automatically determine the cost of your delivery. As soon as you enter your post code this cost is revealed to you.
You can use this feature to determine your best cost break, for example, say you were ordering one bottle of Spiritual Sky oil; you would notice that by reselecting up to twelve bottles your delivery cost stays the same, so if you regularly use this item it may be more economical to buy a number of bottles rather than just the one. Thirteen bottles, however in this example would take you to the next freight break or cost.
We take a great deal of care in preparing your parcel for delivery and do our best to ensure it gets to you safely and promptly, however once we hand your parcel over to Australia Post the responsibility for this transfers to them and we can no longer be held accountable. In the event of a failed delivery, either because of breakage or loss, you firstly need to take this up with them. Normally you will be required to fill in one of their forms, a PM26, to have this investigated and hopefully rectified.
If as a result of Australia Post's investigation, they prove that the failure was due to negligence on our part, we will gladly replace your order.
